About Us
Project Brilliance is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy company committed to providing the best quality, ethical, and most innovative ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum and with related disabilities, all the while striving to set a standard of care in the field. We are committed to being a family focused ABA center, believing all families deserve a better balance to their lifestyles with more options to fit their individual needs. We offer programs at the center, in-home, and community-based experiences that make us a preferred option for families in need.
We believe our company can provide the most up-to-date and effective therapy to the children who need it. This will be accomplished through continuous training of our staff on the advances in ABA, and through conducting important research on the most effective techniques for our therapy. This kind of approach allows us to assure our consumers and clients that they will be receiving the best services that the field of ABA can offer.
Our Story
Project Brilliance was founded in 2014 by Alina Slaterpryce, Sandra Merida, and Tiffany Lomas, opening their first center in Palm Beach Gardens, FL in March 2015. Now, Project Brilliance has multiple centers, each of which provide a variety of services, including assessments, therapy, and community outreach programs.
Our goal is to help support children and their families learn the best techniques together to effectively communicate and understand each other’s needs. We believe all children should have the opportunity to be able to communicate with the people around them, and we want to be the company that is able to give those children and their loved ones that voice.

Project Brilliance and our team sets ourselves apart from other ABA therapy centers with the understanding that there is more to developmental disabilities than just the child, we take a look at the family as a whole unit. We bring our families and community together and have grown by word of mouth and continue to be recognized for our personal care.
Project Brilliance provides ABA services through love and compassion. Your child is perfect just the way he or she is! Our approach is not to change your child, not to “fix” your child, but to give your child a voice and an ability to advocate for themselves, to give them the opportunity to explore their interests, and to give your child the skills needed to seek out and make meaningful relationships that matter to them. We do this not only through our expertise and knowledge of our incredible team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs, but through building trust, providing support and consistent training to parents and loved ones, wherever this support is needed, including your home, the community, school or center. The children we work wit deserve every chance to live their lives the way they want to live it, and we strive to give them their best chance at that.
